여행 가고 싶게 하는, 떠나고 싶게 만드는 영화로 많이 알려진 “Eat, Pray, Love” “ 먹고, 기도하고, 사랑하라”
Wonder의 August의 엄마 Isabel 역할이었던 줄리아 로버츠 주연 영화이며, 작가의 실화라서 더 유명한 책입니다.
2번째 영어 원서 읽기인데 저번 wonder보다 책이 두껍습니다!
시간이 더 오래 걸릴 것 같지만 함께 열심히 읽어보아요!
 
총 109개의 챕터로 구성되어 있고,
그 의미는 전통 japa mala가 108개의 구슬을 꿰는 것에서 가져온 것이라고 합니다.
그리고 총 3 부분으로 나눈 기준은 이탈리아 인도 인도네시아를 다녀온 내용으로 되어 있습니다.

This part of my story is not a happy one, I know. 
But I share it here because something was about to occur on that bathroom floor 
that would change forever the progression of my life
almost like one of those crazy astronomical super events when a planet flips
over in outer space for no reason whatsoever, and its molten core shifts,
relocating its poles and altering its shape radically such that the whole mass of the planet
suddenly becomes oblong instead of spherical. Something like that.
